Vacuum Sealing System

Soft sealing technology: using multi-layer silica gel composite sealing ring, with the adaptive adjustment of cylinder pressure, it can run stably for more than 24 hours in a vacuum environment of -0.098MPa (leakage rate < 0.5mbar/min), and completely eliminate slurry bubbles. All-in-one vacuum integration: The tank lid is integrated with a vacuum gauge and a quick-connect interface, which supports an external vacuum pump (optional) to achieve a higher vacuum degree (≤10⁻³ mbar), and is suitable for mixing highly sensitive materials such as silicon carbon anode.

 

Power & Transmission System

Gearbox inverter motor: power 0.75kw, torque output range of 0.1-15N·m, covering 1-10,000cP viscosity slurry; Frequency conversion speed regulation (0-1400rpm stepless speed change), support forward and reverse alternating mode, to avoid slurry stratification. Double-dispersed blade design: the upper blade throws slurry at a 45° inclination angle, and the lower blade is sheared at high speed to achieve three-dimensional mixing; The blade is made of 316L stainless steel, and the surface is mirror-polished (Ra≤0.2μm) to reduce material adhesion.

 

Tank And Operating Unit

1L double-layer stainless steel tank: inner layer of 304 stainless steel precision polishing, outer layer of water-cooled jacket (optional), temperature control range -20°C to 80°C; The coaxiality error between the tank and the stirring shaft is ≤0.05mm, which ensures no eccentric vibration in high-speed operation. Pneumatic cover opening system: precision guide pillar support + double cylinder drive, cover opening stroke 150mm, one-handed feeding and cleaning.
